Domestic Orders – Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! For orders within Sri Lanka, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 15 days of delivery, as long as:

The item is unworn, unused, and undamaged

It’s returned in its original packaging
- We are currently not in a position to offer cash refunds for goods purchased

International Orders – Returns Policy
We’re so glad you’ve chosen to shop with us! Please note a quick heads-up about international orders:

No free returns on international orders – If you’d like to send something back, we ask that you cover the return postage (both ways).

Return requirements – Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Damaged or incorrect items – If your order arrives damaged or not quite right, just drop us a message within 7 days of delivery (with a quick photo), and we’ll do our best to make it right.
